Cancellation Policy

For the courtesy of our aestheticians and clients on a waiting list we respectfully ask for 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments.  Otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged to the client. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation within 24 hours or no-show us, will be charged for the full amount of the service or services.  Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.

• If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honor your full service or services and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client.  
• While we understand that circumstances can arise, we will always do our best to accommodate. If an unforeseen occurrence should cause our guests to be late please understand that we will only be able to provide the scheduled service with the time remaining upon arrival. Full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
